- Each service’s Stripe checkout, or the order confirmation screen immediately before it, shows its tax-inclusive price, contract period, and amount due. Free plans are free of charge.
- Payment method
- Credit card via Stripe. Available payment methods are shown on each service’s payment screen.
- Payment timing
- Payment timing and renewal dates are shown in each service’s Stripe checkout or the order confirmation screen immediately before it. New paid usage is available after payment is confirmed; there is no unpaid usage grace period.
- Service availability
- Paid access is activated after payment is confirmed. Deliverables that require document review or production are provided through the process described by the relevant service.
- Returns and cancellation
- Digital services cannot be returned or refunded. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to stop the next charge. Access for an already paid period continues until that period ends.
Initial projects and monthly plans
Services such as Reform., Sumika. and Area. that specify this model in their payment invitation allow up to three initial projects before the first payment, with no payment obligation for those projects. Revisions and test runs within the same project do not count as additional projects.
Downloads before payment are available for one week (168 hours) from the first time you enter the order screen after registering your email. Delivery or revision does not extend this deadline. Downloads after the deadline, and new requests after the initial allowance is used, require payment for the monthly plan.
A monthly-plan payment invitation is emailed when your first request is accepted. Receiving it alone does not create a subscription or payment obligation. The monthly plan starts with your first payment and renews monthly based on that date. Card payments renew automatically; invoice and bank-transfer payments require you to make a transfer for each monthly invoice. Available methods are shown on the service’s payment screen.
Cancellation or an unpaid renewal does not restore the initial allowance or download window. Access for a paid period continues until it ends. Other services and existing contracts remain subject to the terms presented by those services.
Other initial free periods
Where an initial free period is offered, it is available only once, on the first subscription. See the service’s Stripe checkout, or the order confirmation screen immediately before it, for its duration, eligibility, and the price after it ends.
